Events

The meeting will feature Mel Zaloudek, a botanist and
former Horticulture Department faculty member at Triton
College. Mel will present a slide lecture highlighting
various herbs and flowers you can grow in the garden
and use medicinally. Mel will also discuss the care and
identification of these plants, as well as the abundant folklore
about their health-enhancing properties.
