Join us for our February Manor Garden Club meeting. After a refreshment break and raffle we will have our presentation. This month:


"How Wine Is Made - From The Ground Up" presented by Kristin Savino

Kristin Savino, a certified sommelier and owner of Vino di Savino in Chicago, will speak about the process of growing grapes and making them in to wine. She will discuss the classical grape varietals and their characteristics based on wine regions. Learn how climate, terrain, and soil (terroir) as well as tradition and technique affect the final product.
